TLM Property Managers began acquiring properties in Long Beach CA, to offer those who have limited income and/or those who for whatever reason want to save money on the high cost of rent.   We also just a short time ago, as indivduals were faced with task of finding an affordable rental property in a safe and secure area. It was truly depressing.. The challenge to find the right price, the right area of the city, trying to fit the credit crteria, the proof of income required,  and the high deposits to live on thr east side of the city was Impossible. We did finally find a place that was doable. A shared living arrangement, that allowed us to come together save some money and start our own business. Realizing the need we created TLM Property Managers, now we can offer to others what we so desperately needed just 1 year ago. But we vow to do it better..
